Tomorrow is a new day
Tomorrow I am starting a new mini goal. I am brand new to this website and I am hoping it will help me achieve my goals. I plan to not binge eat, count calories, emotionally eat, or weigh myself for 30 days. This will be huge for me because I have not done this for almost 9 months. This is not a diet yet, it is merely me getting control of my eating and giving power back to myself and not food and weight. Here goes nothing! :)
