50 lbs lost, hopefully never to be found again!
 

I've lost 50 lbs since April of this year!!

In the beginning, all I could think of was " How am I ever going to lose 110 lbs? " The answer to that is one lb at time. One choice, one meal, one day at a time.

It feels great to see all those ones beginning to pile up. :D
