I am ASHISH & My Mini-Goals
Hello Everyone,
Well feeling like :carrot: after joining the 3 Fat Chicks and quite impressed by the hard work and dedication of others. Which motivates me to do something extraordinary as well. I also want to look good, I also want to reduce weight so that i could wear clothes as i want :) this whole body is feel like a burden to me. I am fed up with my daily schedule also by sleeping late night and waking up late. I want to chance all these things moreover i want to chance myself. So, here is the action plan cum mini-goal on which i am going to work-out till 30th of September 2014. 1. Waking up early in the morning (6:00 AM). In-case of night duty shift i would like to do exercises in evening. 2. 30 Mints (Of walking+running with COACH 2 5K). 3. 2 Sets of Crunches, 2 Sets of Jumping and whole body stretching. 4. Drinking at least 5-6 Liters of water everyday. 5. No COLA, SOFT DRINK, PIZZA, OUTSIDE/FASTFOOD, SUGAR DRINGS and NO OILY FOOD Ultimate goal would be reducing 4 Kgs (9 Pounds) of body weight till 30th of September. Currently i am weighing 103 Kgs (227 pounds). Kindly give you consents and suggestion so that i can improve it :) on 1 October 2014 i will post my status of mini goal, Till than keep shredding and stay blessed. |
