One Year WOE.
 

Today marks one year on this WOE and as of today i have lost 195lbs. Went down from a busting out of the seams 66 size pants and tent 6xl shirts to a 40/42 pants and xl/2xl shirts...
Thank you everyone for your informative posts and inspiring support.
Big thank you to my beloved wife and of course Dr. Atkins.

So, so inspiring SatinPumpkin! Not only the results but the commitment it took on your part to get these results. I know you posted this in mini-goals, but girl, 195 pounds in one year is far from mini!

Thanks. I tend to only log the losses as its more enthusiastic to log a loss vs a gain lol. Just amazing how fast the time has gone. thanks for the kind thoughts. Love your Avatar. We binged through all the seasons in Netflix within a few weeks. Very surprised on how much we liked it.
