first mini goal reached

im back to the weight i was last october 1st and i have lost 19lbs... it took 4 and a half months but i did it now just 32 left

Great job!!!! So happy for you. I know you struggled with a few stalls along the way, but you know what? 19 pounds in that time frame is still about 1 pound/week which is wonderful. :) Keep it up!
