Over halfway there....
 

On Feb 19 this year I started my journey and today, just short of 6 months, I hit my first mini-goal of 75 pounds...with a couple to spare :) 77 pounds gone, reduced BMI from 45.6 to 33.5 and body fat percentage from almost 50% to 38%.

Now I've got 60 to go for my end goal, but only 15 pounds to get under 200 pounds in over 20 years. I can't even imagine how good that will feel!

Goal #1 - 75 pounds CHECK!
Goal #2 - 100 pounds
Goal #3 - Goal weight of 154, total of 137 pounds

Wow! Totally in awe and green-with-envy at the same time. Wish I could lose it that fast! C'mon over to the two-teens to chat and tell us how it's done!

You done an awesome job so far, I've been on my weight loss journey since Jan. but I've been on my 1200 calorie diet since June and I've only got down to 284 at the lowest but now Im back up to 290 but Im determined to get to 284 again or lower, My overall goal is 150.
