Today I bought a skirt which meant trying on in the store. Only because I don't know what size I am. I hate trying on clothes at stores. Uk sizes are different from USA sizes. Dug an old pair of shorts out too, that I bought at a previous weight loss years ago. Sadly , I've never worn them, but did today.

My nsv is : pant size from 20/22 to 14/16. Cannot believe my top size 22/24 to 18. That's gotta be proof in the pudding against my own body dysmorphia
