Default One month mini goal met!
I've got a huge goal, a smaller 6 month goal but ultimately at the beginning I wanted to hit the 370's by the end of the first month. I started on June first at 392 and weighed in today at 378 at the one month mark! With such a huge amount to lose it's easy to lose sight of the small victories I was super excited to see that on the scale this morning!

Thats great.Just think that if you keep at it (and I know you will),at this rate by Christmas you will be close to the 200"s.
Keep your resolve strong and keep at it and the scale has no where to go but down.
The most important thing is for you to keep at it
