yes I am still fat, but I'm losing weight at the rate of knots off my stomach. Today I measured my waist and it was down to 41 inches!
I am starting to acquire a shape again.

ETA: I can now fasten a size 18 shirt that didn't even meet at the front a few weeks ago.
