My first mini goal

I've only lost a few pounds but that plus working out was a big enough change that today I put on a pair of pants that I was able to wear 3 years ago and yay, they fit AND are comfy!

Mini goals are so inspiring to keep going!!!!

Thats Great, good job! keep it up.

Ive stared today after an eventful greedy weekend! ive lost two pound so far and really want to change my life style now after a break up its time to start think only of me!
