NSV - All My Numbers are Down
 

I visited with my doctor the other day to review the results of my blood test. Not only has my weight dropped but also other key numbers. My cholesterol and blood pressure are both at significantly better levels. My doc was beaming. He said there is still a little bit to go but I will get there.

The nurses were also gushing about the results. They asked how I did it. I told them that I followed the doctor's instructions: eat healthy, exercise and take the medications. They seemed disappointed that I didn't have some magical tip for them. It's funny and sad that nurses also look for get thin quick schemes.

Also my credit card balance is down. Since I'm saving money by eating at home more often and not buying soda by the case, I have more money to pay down my credit card balance. :D

Heck yeah, there is no get thin quick scheme. Silly nurses :) It's excellent that not only are doing this, but you are doing this the right way! And it takes persistence and patience.
Not a lot of folks get that. So BIG congratulations! Keep going.
