I've lost 20 lbs for the first time in my life!
 

And I've completed 1/3 of my weight loss journey...This has never happened to me before. I ALWAYS get up to 15 lbs maximum and then I find a reason to bail out. This achievement is really significant for me. I'm grateful for the support and companionship on here cos I could never have done it without that. 3fc has become my daily bread. lol
I'll take before and after pictures but I will be posting all of them only when I get to goal.
I'm proud of myself. More walking for me. lol

Oh wow! I am so happy for you! 20 lbs is really something to be proud of. Thats 10% or more of excess fat out the door! Be proud of yourself! Now that most of your water weight and excess fat has started coming off, your going to start sheding pounds like nothing in no time! Just keep at it and you will surely achieve your goal!
