Weighing under 100kg lost over 105lbs
So that is my latest mini goal hit of being on or under 100kg as this morning i weighed in at 99.2kg. This was amazing, i literally had to step on and of the scales multiple times to make sure this was right (and also use my house mates scales to check). I can hardly remember a time in my life when i was under 100kg so i'm just shocked.
Any way yay! and now it's onto hitting the "healthy" bmi on the adjusted for height bmi calculator (95.6kg). |
