4 Months and 50lbs
 

Today is an exciting day! I am officially down 50 pounds and feeling amazing. I took a updated picture and I cannot believe the difference! This has definitely been an exciting and difficult journey. I still have about a hundred pounds to lose, but I feel great and motivated. Here's to the next 50lbs!!

Thanks again everyone!! I have been basically following The Primal Blue Print. I'm not working out as much as I should, but I am still having tremendous results!

Wow! 50lbs in 4 months! I'm speechless! It took me 4 months to lose just 30lbs.
