Normal BMI – an early Christmas present

So excited to see the scale this morning! 22+ weeks on this latest journey moved me from a BMI category of "obese" to "overweight" and, as of this morning, to "normal." I was hoping I'd get there by Christmas. And here I am. Got on the scale three times to check.

Still more to go to reach goal, but happy I got this far.

Yay!! Way to go, Tilly! The same exact thing happened to me today as well after being stuck in the 160s for.ever. So, I feel your excitement.
