50 lbs lost!
 

I did it! I burned just over 50 lbs off of my body! :carrot:

I feel noticeably better!

And my BMI is now 40.9 vs. 49.3

Our starting stats are VERY similar...AWESOME FEELING, huh? Now, go to the local Home Depot, and pick up a 50# bag of concrete mix and walk around with it for about 5 minutes. OMG! You used to carry that! And now....you don't! WTG! :D

Yeah! I know how big 50 lbs is. Looking forward to it myself. Isn't it awesome almost every minute of every day not having those 50lbs? I almost float now instead of walk. I almost feel if everyone could feel how much energy and how great it feels to lose weight, every diet would succeed.
