Posting reaching a mini-goal twice is probably a no-no. Obviously I had a gain -- actually managed to put on 15 pounds in two weeks -- but instead of doing what I have always done in the past which was to quit and promptly regain ALL of the weight and usually more besides, I recommitted myself and am back on plan. Today I woke up, weighed, and for the first time in two months, my signature accurately reflects my weight.
Still a lot to lose, but mentally I realize I can do this now.
