According to arbitrary calculations, my supposed ideal weight is 162.5lbs. (Not my goal.) So, today, I reached that! It's a "yay" because it's closer to goal, even if it's NOT my goal.
Maybe so. Over a two week time period, I'd say 5-7lbs would be the max that would be healthy. Sometimes there is a major whoosh though. I think 10lbs a month is what I usually hope for. Though, it's usually more like 8 that I actually lose.

Congratulations!!. That is awesome. My ideal weight islike 125 for my hight. But id look deathly sick or like a crack head if I got that small. Lol. Anyway my mini goal for the next two weeks is 10 lbs. To much ya think?
