I had a customer yesterday who I haven't seen in a few months. She raved about my weight loss, asked how much I lost, complimented me, etc. It made me feel great! Another bonus, I was kind of taken by surprise and told her I lost 30 forgetting that I'm actually down 45 as of today. lol

Things like that totally make up for passing on junk food and feeling down on days the scale doesn't move! :)

That's awesome :-) I love when seeing someone I haven't in awhile and then noticing my loss. It really does makes my whole day :-)
