Great article! I think it can be so intimidating for people to take the first step in changing their lifestyle for weight loss because there are SO many "rules" that you feel if you break one, you will not be successful and all your hard work will be for not. I feel like people should know just a few basic things. Eat less, move more= results.

Just read your article, and it's so refreshing to see someone's own story as opposed to the "experts" telling us what will work. Congratulations on both the publication and your success.

I couldn't agree with you more! Knowing your body is the best way to know how to get it to drop the weight.

Congratulations 35! You look great!

I found it relatable, however I do cut myself off at a certain time because I used to be a heavy nighttime snacker and I love to exercise because I like looking and being fit, but both are not necessary for weight loss.

Hope to see similar articles out there in the future!

Best of luck on reaching your goal!!!!!
