NSV and inches lost!
 

I had a hellish day at work yesterday. I had brought my running stuff with me so when I left work, in my running clothes, I'd be more likely to stop at the park to run before I went home. Well, after my hellish day I wanted a bottle of wine and some food but still changed into my running clothes.

I went running and did 2.5 miles and my pace was 12:11. I have been running in the 13:30s lately, so to see this was awesome. I pushed myself because I was just so mad and was not going to let this run get me.

I did still have some wine but not a whole bottle ;)

AND! I took my measurements this morning. I looked at the measurements that I took at the begining of the year.

In Jan my thigh was 30 inches - today 29 inches!
In Jan my waist was 37 inches - today 34 inches!
In Jan my hips were 52 inches - today 49 inches!!

That is awesome! Taking your anger out on your running seems to be the right thing to do...it improved your time!
