Ok, I have lost 74lbs as of today. Yesterday evening I braved the emotional hang ups I had about myself and went to lay out. It was great - I even got checked out. Guys if I can do this, so can you! I do have stretch marks, but in the sun they didn't glitter like I thought they would, lol.
