Just did new photos yesterday and am amazed to see my weight coming off in reverse order from how it went on! I bought a load of clothes I thought would fit off eBay at the end of the year (when I started out, not as motivation, just a happy accident!) and am wearing loads of them now. Loving my 3/4 length white wool coat! Was wandering about in a Size 12 Miss Selfridge jumper yesterday. Fashion conscious teenagers shop in there, and they're not famous for vanity sizing! I can run short distances! I can open the heavy shutter at work! (My boyfriend said "you opened that like a wrestler!"). He even complimented me on my new guns last night (you can't tell from the picture, but I swear they're under there - I can even do 10 real press-ups now ). I can climb large hills and flights of stairs! My weight loss equates to two heavy bags of grocery shopping! I've gone down a trousers size for the first time in over a decade!

Phew! I had to recap the NSVs there - need a new shot of motivation to power through the 180s

Before - Dec 2012 - 212lbs
Now - April 2013 - 189lbs

Thanks Elvis! I've had a really positive upswing in my life generally, and the scale started moving again after a few months of difficulty. Your posts have been invaluable, very honest. Once you and Lunar get into a conversation I can learn a lot, lol!
