NSV: New Clothes
I'm starting a new job in a couple of weeks and needed to pick up some new stuff. So during the past 16 months or so I went from a size 12 or 14 to an 8 or 10. Basically, I can pick up a size 10 trouser or blazer and it fits. One of the trousers was loose in a 10 so I got an 8.
I'm really amazed by this. It hasn't settled in yet.
I'm going to re-frame my next 20-pound challenge by making it more about fine-tuning my health habits and trimming up my middle than losing the weight, because in my mind I'm happy with this NSV and don't want to be constantly battling the weight battle. :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer3:
