Healthy!
 

I met with my cardiologist yesterday and for the first time in 7 years, my lab work was perfect! My cholesterol was even a little low...which he was really happy with. In fact, he told me that I was healthier than he was. That is definitely not something I thought I would ever hear. Lol.

I can't tell you the last time a doctor told me I was healthy. I am beyond thrilled!

Congratulations! All of your hard work is really paying off! Healthy is my goal, too & I cannot wait to hear something like that from a doctor. :)

That is amazing. I can't wait to hear that from my doctors too. I see my later this month which is a little early to show change, but my oncologist this July so I have time to follow in your path. Great job!

That is so wonderful! And, I imagine it was wonderful for your doctor as well. As much as doctors sometimes irritate me, I also know that they spend most of their days asking us to lose weight, get the cholesterol under control, work on the BP, watch the glucose levels, etc. To have someone actually work on it and do it must be such a boost for them. I saw my ob/gyn this week and I hadn't seen her since I was in the 320s last July. She was beyond thrilled with my weightloss, I beamed with pride even though I should never have let myself get out of control like that in the first place.
