In the 150's by mid may
So I was with the same guy for the majority of my college career. I have my graduation in May and I want to be at least in the same shape I was when we started dating.
I attribute a significant part of my weight gain and insecurity to our relationship so this is one part show my ex up and one part prove to myself that I can take control of my insecurities. I thought if I posted this here my goal might actually be achieved. After all nothing's real until it's posted on the Internet right? Current weight: 172 Goal: 15anything by may 15 Is this possible? |

Thanks for the support. I'm feeling great and very happy with my recent successes. Unfortunately I fell off the nearly paleo wagon at dinner and will probably pay the price when I get on the scale tomorrow morning.
170 and counting! Plus new not tent like clothes are now residing in my closet.... Although it may be a waste of money I can't wait until they're tent like too! Project show up ex is easily already working itself out! |
We can do it Jez! My biggest obstacle right now is Easter, which is why I decided to take over the cooking.

Absolutely it is possible. I have lost 60 lbs in the last 3 months. You only have 13 lbs to go to get into the 150's, and at least a good 2 weeks to do it. Just really watch your calories, try to get lost of protein, drink plenty of water, and exercise every day. You'll do great!
