1st Mini-goal reached!

I have just gone under a BMI of 32 to having a BMI of 31.7! This has been one of my goals from the start, and one set out by my doctor. My weight always seems to fluctuate and I may have jumped back into 32 tomorrow, but I will take this :) (If only I was on my 20th day so I could put this into my signature! :cool: :D )
