NSV: Having to be Carried Off of the Counter

Yup, you read that right. I am on Day 2 of the 30 Day Shred and my NSV is being in so much pain, that when I climbed on a chair to get the pasta from the high shelf, I couldn't bend my legs due to quad pain and my boyfriend had to carry me down off the counter.

lol a new level of no pain, no gain, perhaps??? :P
