I have gotten to know the couple who run the health food store I got to when I am at my favorite B&B on Whidbey Island every month or so. I often go in and sit and talk to them, and they have given me a lot of nutrition advice, etc.

Well... I had not been there for a couple of months until last weekend. The guy was in the back of the store and I walked in and started talking to his wife, who was at the front. Later he came up and told me he had not recognized me when I walked in, until I started talking!!

So guess this losing weight and getting healthy stuff is working!

Isn't that cool! Congratulations on that moment and on your accomplishments!. It will happen more and more. Yeah!!
