A small milestone

    Just wanted to shout that as of today I've lost 20lbs!!

    SO excited as I haven't been this weight for a good 2 years maybe. It feels good to be back here, now I've just got to push through and get the next 30 off!

    Good for you. I don't know why, but psychologically hitting those 10 pound increments really gives us a boost. Keep up the great work.

    That is Wonderful! Good for you loosing those 20 lbs. Just think how much bigger the clothes are yeahhhhh I can't wait to say the same thing (20 lbs) I have 6 more to go
