I went to a dinner recently where they were serving ham. I picked up two hams and realized I'd lost about that much weight. Crazy!

This is exactly what I needed to see today! Your progress is great! I did not take pics after my 20 cause I could not feel a difference... You have motivated me to take a pic at 25 lbs lost. (1.6 to go) thanks,you rock!

That's great! I didn't expect to see a difference when I lost 20 either but so far, I've lost 17 and wow! I can see it! Congrats and keep it up - can't wait to see the final results! :)
