Lost 3 pounds this week
I weigh in every wednesday. I'm down three pounds this week, just by counting my calories and drinking more water. I'm so happy and so excited to continue on this path and share my progress. I hope ill be able to add a ticker/weight tracker to my signature soon, I know that will be motivating to look at every day. xo
