I am day 8 of my new " lifestyle" ( as I prefer to call it)...the word " DIET" makes me gain weight
My mini goal is to be a comfortable size 18 for the 1st of feb, currently in a tight size 20
I like your mini goal.....focusing on size vs lbs. I think I'll incorporate it into my goals. A size smaller by 2/15 ( my wedding anniversary). Thanks!
