Not a goal but...
 
This morning I decided to get out the tape measure and I wrote down my measurements in my notebook. When I looked back a little further in the book I found my January measurements and I was pleasantly surprised.

January
Weight 184.2
Waist 39
Hips 44
Thighs 26
pants- 14
Shirt - L/XL

December
Weight 154.4
Waist 32
Hips 38
Thighs 22
Pants- 8/10
Shirt - M

I am not at my goal yet but seeing those numbers really made my day. Today is my office Christmas Lunch. I think I will wear something cute.:carrot:
