TWO "big" mini goals at once!! Wahooo!
 

Hello everyone

I had set 230 as my first major goal since that is the point at which the surgeon told me I could come back for him to consider doing the breast reduction. Well... when his assistant heard how much I have lost she encouraged me to come back, so I have an appointment. I decided if that was close enough to goal for him, it sure is for me (since that was the reason for the goal).

Then.... I forgot to wash my jeans for casual Friday so decided to try the smaller pair I bought for "someday" -- and they FIT. AND... they are a size 18! I wore pants with a "1" as the front number on the tag. Wooohooooo!!!
