I'm sorry Ive been MIA for awhile. I didnt do any kind of exercise just household chores, activities, taking care of my 6 year old (then he was 4-5 years old), occasional short walks around the block, wii fit for fun (I highly recommend this- I played for the fun of it, but you dont even realize you're buring calories! The games are fun!), and daily activities.
I dont count calories. Its too nerve racking! I just eat low calorie healthy foods! Id go crazy if I counted everything everyday. Just eat low low calorie foods, they're out there!
