I finally reached ONEDERLAND! ive been platued at 203-204 for 3 months. I woke up this morning at 199.0. I'm soooo happy !!

I started my journey in late March, at 253. That was a little inflated due to TOM bloating, but that was the night I started - seeing that number after avoiding scales for years sent me spiraling into self hatred big time.

I've come a long way, I'm very proud of myself. I haven't slipped up, I've had enormous willpower. I can breathe when I walk fast. My diabetes (type 1), is much better controlled. I look better. I feel better. I love clothes shopping. I love makeup. I love boots. All things I avoided before.

I couldn't of done it without this website. Thank you everyone for the support, advice and courage.

Congrats! Ah man, yeah I've been plateauing lately as well...I'm 6lbs away from onederland...my original goal was to reach it before December. Please cross your fingers for me!

epifania.. don't give up! I woke up at 198.6 this morning..so I'm still "whooshing" all that weight I was holding onto. I wanted to be 170 around December, which aint gonna happen, but I'm so happy that I reached -200 at least! I didn't change anything while my platue was going on. I mean, I *tried* things, but eventually just went with what I've been doing all along because nothing would break it. Then, after my last TOM, I finally started losing again. Hang in there, and when you start losing again I bet it goes FAST!
