Yay! first mini-goal!
This morning I weighed in at 187 lbs!! That's 14.7 lbs lost since last month - I am beyond happy :D
I suppose I should start adding some more exercise to that, Any ideas on where to start guys? ( I've never really worked out before in my life :o and all I'm doing is a 20 mins cardio dvd :o) |
