Just this afternoon I remember of being so tempted to grab a candy bar while out shopping, but I didn't do it. Happened at 2 different stores!

Then, this evening I suddenly got an urge for a Dairy Queen cone, but didn't act on it and eventually it went away.
I don't like losing contests or games, so this is a good one for me.
My goal is to not have any until I get to my desired weight. ..... Carbie
