I should be happier right now but I just over-ate big time. Still, I am gonna stay positive because I hit a goal.
I weighed in at 192.2 this morning. I hate that my other scale says 191.2 but I will go with the higher result.
That also puts my BMI at 29.2 so I am only Overweight, not Obese.
Now that I am getting smaller, the weight loss is slowing, but still averaging about a 1.8 lb per week loss.
I still have so far to go, given my struggles with binging, but I am committed to continuing the journey. It's just going to take longer than I would have liked.
