I'm finally below 70 kilos
 

This is my first major weight loss goal beaten. I weighed in this morning and I'm 69.8 kilos. I've now lost 6 kilos in total and I have 5.8 to go, so I'm over half way. I've been struggling around the 70 kilo mark, and I've fallen off the wagon four times in the last 2 weeks. This is definitely motivation to keep going!

1KG = 2.2 lbs, for those of us behind the curve on the metric system. You are doing a great job, Amy! Keep it up.
