BMI Now Under 25

I weighed in today, and found myself at 181.0 lb, which puts me in the normal weight BMI category. I'm proud of myself, and I consider this to be one of my birthday presents for myself. (My birthday was yesterday.)

I have about ten more pounds to go till I hit my goal, although my lingering beer gut might have me working at things for a while more.

In any case, the final goal is now in sight. And I will post pictures as soon as I have enough post to do so.
