So... Today I weighed in at 203".something" pounds... And I had decided that by the end of July - seven days - I will forever be out of the 200's!

I started my weight loss jourrney on July 1st at 217lbs
, and I have been working REALLY hard for two short-term goals... 1) Get ot of the 200's, and 2) Get out of the "obese" category for my height on the BMI scale (184lbs). 
I have been careful not to do anything crazy (I still eat fruits, avocados, use EVOO, eat carbs and so on)
but I've been trying to make healthier choices and be deligent with my workouts! 
And so it is upon me... I am so close to getting to my forst goal of being under 200lbs!!!

Anyone else out there with me this week to get past a milestone of their own???





and am now planning to go for a LONG walk!!!

I've been doing so well and getting to 199lbs is a small part of a larger mini-goal to get out of the "obese" category (184 lbs) by the end of August.
