first 2 mini-goals - DONE!!

  • I am all about celebrating the mini successes along the journey of my weight loss. I have set all kinds of mini-goals and actually just hit two of them with my weigh-in this morning! Goal #1 was to say Buh-bye to the 190s and Goal #2 was to lose my first 5lbs. So, my rewards are to buy myself a bouquet of pretty flowers and hit up Barnes and Noble for a new good book!
