Obese BMI to Overweight BMI for the win!
 

It is hard to believe but I have finally slipped down into the overweight category down from obese. It is an amazing feeling! I don't know if I will ever reach the normal BMI (apparently I am supposed to weigh like 119lbs *eyeroll*) But I am so happy with this step. There were definitely times when I though I would never reach this point...to have finally gotten here almost doesn't feel real.

To everyone out there working to get your weight down and be healthy, keep up the great work! Don't quit, you can do it!

What I have been told is that my weight should be around 119 and I am currently at 160. I really don't think I want to go that low though? While I want to continue losing weight, now that I have reached a size that I can buy clothes off the rack (Oh my goodness, what a feeling! O_O) I just want to be healthy.

Actually, a normal BMI for your height would start at around 136lbs.
