Default What 10 lbs looks like *pics*

I decided when I hit 149 that I wanted to take some "before" pics and that I would take progress pics at every 10 bs and here is my firts 10 lbs!!!! I am so proud of the changes I've made although the back ones really pronounce the major issue with arm flab.

Thank you for posting your pics Sarahlynn! I truly believe I needed to see your post today. You look amaaaaazzzzzzzzzzzzinng and should feel so proud of yourself! After reaching a personal low off 144 I regained about 15 lbs. as I dealt with a home move and new job responsibilities. My goal is to lose those 15 pounds this summer and your photos have completely inspired me. They also remind me what big difference a seemingly "small" amount of weight loss can make.

Thank you so much everyone. You all made my day. I honestly feel great about how I look especially because this is 5 months after the birth of my fourth child. I know I am not where I want to be yet but I am happy to be moving towards that goal and a steady pace. I am very happy to have inspired some people today because looking at mini-goal posts have helped me along the way too, whenever I have gotten stuck.
