Small to some but big for me
I'm slowly reaching a few goals this week to help get me moving on my weight loss journey.
-I drink over 8 oz. of water today -Went for a light jog yesterday -Avoided late night snacking last night (yay) :carrot: |

Good for you, small steps is the key. You can control one thing at a time, the bigger picture will take care of itself.
