3 months ... 50lbs lost
 
I have reached my first mini goal today... 50lbs lost. A friend of mine started her weight loss journey a few days ago and said that I am an "inspiration" to her. That made my week!!!:dizzy:
Today I am going shopping: I need some new pants for work:carrot:...And my husband is taking me out on a date, to celebrate :cheers:

Congratulations! 50lbs in 3 months is nothing to sneeze at I see why you are her inspiration. I hope to be near that number when I reach the 3 month mark. I'm currently at 37lbs with only 2.5 weeks to go. Thinking I'll end up closer to 45 than 50 but i'm not going to complain.

Thanks everyone for your support. This website was and still is a great help in my weight loss journey. Even if I am not posting too much, I read your posts every day and it gives me the motivation to continue…
As for my plan, I am on metabolic balance diet which is a customized eating plan with a few rules: 3 meals a day, no snacking in between, 4l of water ( for my weight), not more than one protein per meal… It works for me, although I should start exercising more… my skin is sagging already. Thanks again to all of you…Next mini-goal: onederland!!!
