I lost my first five pounds!
 

It may be just five pounds, but I'm super excited :D I can't really explain it, but I feel MUCH more confidant about myself and my appearance (even though there's not outward different yet) just knowing that I'm working to lose weight!

I've even convinced my twin sister and my best friend to do it with me :) Frankly, my dears, I'm on cloud nine today!

Melonlefey, Congratulations! You are on a roll and have some momentum. Just keep it going. I've heard a lot of people say that it's easy to get started, but staying with it is hard. For me, it's the other way around. I have trouble getting started. Once I see even a little progress I am encouraged and can keep going. So celebrate and work for the next five. Inch by inch, anything is a cinch. Happy dance! :dance:
