Halfway!

As of this morning I have lost forty pounds!

It has been a long, sweaty, broccoli-filled fifteen weeks. I never realised I had it in me to actually get on and do this. Why did I waste all those years not caring what I put into my mouth?

Here's to the next forty pounds!
